A grieving therapist begins telling his patients exactly what he thinks
He ignores his training and ethics and makes a huge difference in people’s lives – including his own. The cast of ‘Shrinking’ recounts the best moments that defined their characters in Season 1, and reveals who does the best impersonation of Harrison Ford. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford on the show, Segel said Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and wanted to audition people similar to Ford.

Segel told Goldstein they would have to at least suggest it to Ford first, thinking he would immediately decline, but at least other people would know Harrison Ford was tapped for the project, which sparked interest from other big-name actors. Goldstein ended up talking to Ford and convincing him to take the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but was thrilled nonetheless..
The acting was great
This was a solid production and a very unique plot. I love how each character accepts their imperfections, shows vulnerability, and uses humor to achieve spiritual growth.Shrinking has a ton of soulful moments, embarrassing moments, slightly funny cute moments, and laugh-out-loud moments. I hope they keep making additional seasons of it because the character development justifies it.Is it perfect?
But none of us are
No. I think the overuse of curse words here takes away from the overall power potential. It’s almost like the writers are using force to make the show edgy.
Definitely worth watching
Personally, I don’t think it needed that. That’s why I gave it an 8.
